The Kuder Career Planning System
Don't have a clue as to what you want to do with the rest of your life? Let the Kuder Career Planning System help you figure it out.
Appropriate for use by students from middle school to college, this planning system will help you select one or more career paths to explore by matching your interests, skills, and work values. Through the Kuder Career Planning System, you can create and continually access your own career portfolio and update career information as your skills and experience expand. With this portfolio, you may begin three research-based assessments:
Kuder Career Search with Person Match
Begin your career search by discovering your career interests in occupational clusters. Explore a variety of occupations within your top ranking clusters. Then, you can directly access individual job sketches, occupational information from trusted sources such as the Occupational Outlook Handbook, or and a college search feature for information on postsecondary options.
Kuder Skills Assessment
Assess your current skill level for various work-related tasks. After completing both the interests and skills assessments, you will receive a composite report. This report suggests how to proceed with career exploration in each of the clusters based on your combined results.
Super's Work Values Inventory
Identify the characteristics or features of occupations that you value. The results will help narrow your list of occupational choices to those that will likely contribute to job satisfaction in the future.
