CREATE AN FSA ID
When you log into certain Department of Education websites:

LOGIN INFO
  • Provide your email address.
  • Create a unique username and password.
  • Verify that you are at least 13 years old.

PERSONAL INFO
  • Enter your Social Security number (SSN), name, and date of birth.
  • Include your mailing address, email, phone, and preferred language.
  • Provide answers to four security questions.

FSA ID INFO

  • Agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Verify your email address.
