eCampusTours works together with colleges and universities to produce the virtual tours featured on this website at no charge to the school or to students using the website. Your school gains exposure to prospective students as they visit eCampusTours on their own or through guidance from counselors at thousands of schools across the country. Your school may choose to use the virtual tour as the primary tour on your website, promote it as an enhancement to an existing virtual tour, or simply choose to benefit from the increased visibility that your campus will receive by being featured on eCampusTours.com.
If you're interested in adding your school to eCampusTours or if your current eCampusTours pictures are a few years old and need to be updated, please send an email to info@ecampustours.com so that we will know to contact you the next time we plan a trip to your area. Since we do not charge for our services, we do our best to maximize our travel to include areas of the country with the most outstanding requests. As a result, we aren't able to visit every year, so be sure to contact us as soon as you know of any upcoming major renovation or expansion projects that may cause a need for updated photos. (Sorry, but at this time we do not travel to locations outside of the United States.)

Schools can customize their virtual campus tour with the school colors, general information about the school, contact information, and text descriptions of the featured locations on campus. Colleges and universities featured on eCampusTours are always welcome to promote our custom virtual tours from their websites. Whether you feature our 360° photos as your primary virtual tour or if you use them to complement an existing campus tour, linking to eCampusTours is a great way to increase the number of visitors that your tour attracts.
For your convenience, we've designed graphic ads in several sizes, or feel free to create one of your own. Send us an e-mail to info@ecampustours.com for more information regarding your school's custom tour URL, which bypasses the eCampusTours login screen and sends students to straight to your tour homepage.
help prospective students contact admissions
In customizing your virtual campus tour on eCampusTours.com, you can allow prospective students to request information about your school and submit information about themselves directly to the admissions office. This option to "Contact Admissions" appears on the virtual campus tour of participating schools and on the college search results page on eCampusTours.
