The Yard

The Yard is one of Howard University’s main attractions. It is a place of congregation for many organizations, including the Greek organizations who proudly display their letters and colors upon trees throughout the Yard. It is also the site of Homecoming’s Yardfest. The Yard also provides a scenic backdrop for studying on warm, sunny days.
